3.1 Local Delivery (Within 20 km from our facility)
Delivery by our trained deliveryman
Delivery charge: ₹10 per kilometer from our facility to your location
Same day or next day delivery available
Direct delivery ensures freshness
3.2 Long Distance Delivery (More than 20 km)
Delivered through Shiprocket integrated courier partners
Shipping charges calculated automatically based on:
Distance to your location
Weight of your order
Courier partner rates
Charges will be shown at checkout before payment
4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 1:00 PM: Same day processing
Orders placed after 1:00 PM: Next business day processing
Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
5. DELIVERY TIME
Local delivery (within 20 km): Same day or next day
Long distance delivery: 2-5 business days depending on location
Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days
6. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive SMS/email with tracking details once order is dispatched
For local delivery: Track through our delivery team
For courier delivery: Track using the courier tracking number provided

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
We will arrange immediate replacement for perishable items and delivered as per our delivery timeline based on the location.

10. ADDRESS CHANGES
Address can be changed only before order is dispatched

Once dispatched, address cannot be changed
