At KRNCUTS, we deliver fresh, quality products right to your doorstep with hygienic packing to maintain freshness and safety. This policy explains how we ship your orders.


2. HOW WE PACK YOUR ORDER

All KRNCUTS products are packed with hygienic, food-safe materials

Temperature-controlled packaging for perishable items

Sealed containers to maintain freshness during delivery

Clean, sanitized packaging process following food safety standards


3. DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

3.1 Local Delivery (Within 20 km from our facility)

Delivery by our trained deliveryman

Delivery charge: ₹10 per kilometer from our facility to your location

Same day or next day delivery available

Direct delivery ensures freshness


3.2 Long Distance Delivery (More than 20 km)

Delivered through Shiprocket integrated courier partners

Shipping charges calculated automatically based on:

Distance to your location

Weight of your order

Courier partner rates

Charges will be shown at checkout before payment


4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 1:00 PM: Same day processing

Orders placed after 1:00 PM: Next business day processing

Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)


5. DELIVERY TIME

Local delivery (within 20 km): Same day or next day

Long distance delivery: 2-5 business days depending on location

Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days


6. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive SMS/email with tracking details once order is dispatched

For local delivery: Track through our delivery team

For courier delivery: Track using the courier tracking number provided


7. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to:

All areas within 20 km of our facility through local delivery

Pan India through courier partners

Some remote areas may have limited delivery options


8. WHAT WE CANNOT DELIVER TO

Incomplete or wrong addresses

Areas not serviceable by our delivery partners

P.O. Box addresses for perishable items


9. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

9.1 Package Not Delivered

Contact us immediately at support@krncuts.com or +919959565888

We will track your order and resolve the issue

Replacement or refund will be provided


9.2 Damaged or Spoiled Products

Take photos of the damaged products

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

We will arrange immediate replacement for perishable items  and delivered as per our delivery timeline based on the location.

Local delivery (within 20 km): Same day or next day

Long distance delivery: 2-5 business days depending on location

Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days


10. ADDRESS CHANGES

Address can be changed only before order is dispatched

Contact us immediately at support@krncuts.com with your order number

Once dispatched, address cannot be changed


11. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Provide clear delivery instructions and landmarks

Ensure someone is available to receive perishable items

Our delivery team will call before delivery
